What is FAQ?

In the FAQ function, you can set questions in multiple formats for the same answer. It also supports importing questions from Excel, which greatly saves users time in adding new questions!

  1. Add questions There are 2 ways to add questions: Add questions and answers Import and Export questions and answers with Excel

Method 1: Use "Add new questions and answers"

  • Question field: Enter the user's question

  • Answer field: Enter the answer to the question

  • Press the "Save" button in the upper right corner to complete adding questions and answers

Tips for adding questions and answers:

Questions in the Q&A set do not require entering very precise sentences, because our MantaGo system will automatically detect similar sentences, so just entering an approximate sentence is enough!

Method 2: Use "Import" and "Export"

  • Press "Export" to receive the file in Excel format

  • Insert the questions and answers in Excel

  • Save the file and return to the MantaGo page

  • Press "Import" to upload the edited file to MantaGo

  1. Using the Q&A set When you see that the questions appear on the screen successfully, the Q&A transfer is successful! Don't forget to press the "Activate" button to give the chatbot the FAQ function.

💡Tips:

In the Q&A set list, you can set the "Question Set Settings" so that users in the chatbot can enable or disable the FAQ function!!
