Booking

When is the reservation management function applicable? Whether you offer courses, seminars, tours, consultations, or any activity that requires customers to "book" a "time slot" "in advance," you can use reservation management to let your customers quickly select and reserve a time slot!

1. Select "Booking" function in the Applications section

1. Click "Create New Bot"

1. Fill in

• Event Name

• Description

• Add Photo

1. Click into "TimeSetup" on top section and click "Manage" to set your own times slot

1. Two types of time you can choose

• Fixed Period of the week- use for regular business hours

• Flexible Schedules- For special events, holidays, or public holidays, you can use the flexible schedules to open or close the availability.

1. Once you are done setting up time slots, click finish

1. Click " Saved" at top right of the page then you are all set!!
