What is a survey? Surveys are similar to the familiar Google Forms. Currently, they are available in the form of short questions, single-choice, multiple-choice, and date-selected questions. The data entered in the form is stored in Google Sheets, which makes it convenient to organize and process accurately.

1. The first step is to set up LINE LOGIN. Settings → Connect LINE LOGIN

1. Select a blank form

1. Enter the form data, set the basic subject

• Click on the form and enter the form name

• Click on the blank banner image above to enter the name and select the desired image

• Click on the form description and write the description you want to tell
