What is a quiz game?

A quiz game can provide true-false and multiple-choice questions, and create interesting interactions with customers by simply answering questions.

💡 This feature is available on both LINE and Messenger platforms.

1. Home screen → Quiz game Click on the quiz game from the home screen.

1. Edit the content of the quiz game

💡 Start

• Click the "Start" button.

• Edit the "Start" content: Image, Title, and Description

• Click the "Add Question" button to edit the question.

Select the question type Enter the first question to edit.

You must select "True or False" or "Multiple Choice" before editing.

💡 True or False Question

• Enter the content of the true or false question.

• Set the answer to the question that is right or wrong.

💡 Multiple Choice Question

• Enter the content of the selected topic.

• Set the multiple-choice question options.

• Set the answer to the multiple-choice question.

End message Set the message given to the user when the quiz game ends.

💡 A small note at the end of the message: It is recommended to enter the answer to the test question here, so that users can know the correct answer to the test.

1. Preview the test result

1. Use the completed quiz game with settings. After setting up Go back to the quiz game list, hover over the quiz game used, and click the "Index finger" button.

When you see the screen below, the setup is complete! Then go to the upper left corner to enter the settings.

💡 Tips: In the quiz game list, you can use the "Question game settings" to set the text that the user enters in the chatbot to enable/disable the quiz game function!

Finally, don't forget to go back to the home page to publish the chatbot ~ Congratulations, you have completed the quiz game setup!
