Greeting message

Step 1: Click on the Greeting Message menu to begin.

Step 2: Click Create New. (use message pack has to be included in this tutorial as well)

Step 3: Assign a name to your Message Pack, then click Confirm.

Step 4: Select the options you wish to use as the initial greeting for your customers.

Example: Utilise the Text function to craft a welcome message, then click Save.

You may add a Quick Reply feature for customers to choose from, such as FAQ or Live Chat. This feature provides an immediate response when selected by the customer.
