Offline message

What is an offline message?

When a store is outside of business hours, even if a user sends a message, MantaGo will reply promptly. Stores can set offline messages according to their business hours to notify customers that the store is closed, but we still want to serve customers promptly.

This feature is available on both LINE and Messenger platforms.

  1. Add a new reply

Set business hours

Click the "Edit" button below the business hours to set the store's business hours.

In the expanded section, you can set the time zone of your location and edit the business hours.

  1. After setting the time, click the "Create New" button.

  1. Name the reply

In MantaGo, each reply has its own name. Let's name this offline message!

Next, you can edit the offline message content!

Tips for writing offline messages:

1. Indicate that you have received the message.

2. Indicate that it is currently outside of business hours and specify additional business hours.

Finally, don't forget to press Save! Congratulations! You have successfully set up an offline message!
