What are Unknown Messages? Encountered a new problem? When users type a conversation that is not set, MantaGo can help you send a message to your customers. Our customer service team will help your customers as soon as possible.

This feature is available on both LINE and Messenger.

  1. Add new reply:

Click the "create new" button.

  1. Add a name.

In MantaGo, each reply has its own name. Here you can name the unknown message!

Add a name.

Edit the reply content of an unknown message. Now you can edit the content of an unknown message!

Finally, don't forget to save it~Congratulations! You've finished the unknown message!
