# Welcome page

Step 1: Click on the Welcome Page to create a warm welcome message for your customers.

🌟 Warm welcome messages enhance your customers' experience and reduce the barriers between them and your company.&#x20;

Step 2: Create a warm welcome message on Facebook and Line Write a warm and engaging welcome message that you want to use to improve your customers' experience.&#x20;

For example: "Hello and welcome! 😊 How can we make your experience amazing today?" to make your customers feel welcome, valued, and more likely to engage with your company.

Step 3: Save After adding your message, click the Save button in the right corner.
