Third-Party E-Commerce Order Notifications
Picture this: a customer checks out on your SHOPLINE store, and seconds later a friendly order-confirmation message lands in their LINE. Shipped, delivered, every stage sends its own message automatically.
Before you start: members must link a social account first
A member's data on the third-party platform has to be linked to a social account, or the notification has nowhere to go. MantaGO sends messages through your customer's social account (LINE, Facebook, and so on), so the system needs to match "the member behind this order" to "which social account" before it knows who to notify.
Here's the quick version: if a customer signs into your SHOPLINE store using LINE login, the system recognizes which LINE account that member maps to. From then on, their payment, shipping, and delivery notifications go straight to their LINE.
⚠️ The flip side: if a customer's third-party membership isn't linked to any social account, then even when the order status changes, the system has no one to send to. Before you set up notifications, make sure your member login/linking flow actually goes through social login.
Step 1: Connect your e-commerce platform
Connecting is simple. SHOPLINE and CYBERBIZ follow almost the same flow, the only difference is how you authorize.
Open the third-party marketplace from the left sidebar
In your MantaGO backend, click the third-party marketplace icon in the left sidebar.
Under "Explore third-party apps," find the platform card you want to connect (SHOPLINE or CYBERBIZ) and click into it.

Authorize SHOPLINE
Click the store domain field, or click authorize, directly.
You'll be redirected to the SHOPLINE login page. Sign in with your SHOPLINE account and password.
After logging in, follow the on-screen prompts to approve authorization. Back in MantaGO, you'll see "Authorized" next to the field.

Authorize CYBERBIZ
In the store domain field, enter your CYBERBIZ store domain (drop the
https://, just typeyourstore.cyberbiz.co), then click authorize.A confirmation screen, "You're about to install MantaGO," pops up, listing the permissions MantaGO will receive (API permissions, Webhook events, template data).
Check the box to agree to the privacy policy, then click "Confirm install."
Back in MantaGO, you'll see "Authorized" next to the field, same as before.

Once authorized, don't forget to flip on the "Enable" toggle in the top right, that's what makes the connection go live. To disconnect later, just click "Revoke authorization."
And done, your store is connected! Now for the main event: setting up notifications.
Step 2: Choose which social platforms send notifications
Once you're authorized, scroll down on the same settings page to "Notification settings."
Under "Select notification platforms," check the channels you want to send from: LINE, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp.
Want to send from all of them? Just check "All platforms."

What you're checking here is "which channels messages go out from." Combined with the member-linking rule from Step 1: whichever channel a customer used to log in and link, that's the channel their notifications arrive on.
Step 3: Write the notification message for each order status
This is the step with the most warmth, the one where your brand voice really comes through. Order statuses vary a little by platform, so you'll see a few matching message fields:
SHOPLINE: payment completed, shipped, delivered.
CYBERBIZ: order placed, shipped, delivered.
Each status has its own message field (the ones marked * are required). Whatever you write in the field is exactly what the customer receives when that status is triggered.
You can insert order parameters into the message
There's a row of small blue buttons inside the field, and these are your key tools for designing the message:
😊 emoji: click to insert an emoji, so the notification reads warmly instead of like a cold system alert.
🛍️ order parameters: click and you'll see the field tags available for that status, such as product name, quantity, price, and purchase time. Drop a parameter into your message and the system automatically swaps in that order's real details when it sends.

💡 Why parameters are great: you write the template once, and every customer receives their own real order details. Write "Your [product name] x [quantity] is paid and confirmed!" and the customer sees "Your Sea Salt Cream Latte x 2 is paid and confirmed!"
Once every field is filled in, finish writing all three status messages, click Save in the bottom right, and when you see "Saved," you're all set!
