Linking WhatsApp to MantaGO

  1. To link your chatbot to your WhatsApp account, you need to go to the chatbot’s “Setting”

  1. Scroll down to WhatsApp and click “Connect”

  1. Select “Embedded Signup”

Both methods work, and they take about the same amount of time to connect and comple

  1. Log in to your Facebook account

  1. Click Get Started

  1. Choose or Create a Business Profile

  1. Create or Select a WhatsApp Business Profile

    • If you already have a WhatsApp Business profile, select it. If not, you’ll need to create one.

    • Fill in the necessary information for the business profile, including your business name, category, and description

  1. Add and Verify Your Phone Number

    • Add a phone number to your WhatsApp Business profile.

    • It is recommended to associate only one phone number with this profile to ensure seamless communication.

    • Once you've entered your number, enter the verification code on the next page and click Next.

  1. Click continue

  1. Complete the Integration

    • Once the verification is complete, click on Finish.

Congratulations! You have successfully connected WhatsApp to MantaGO
