# 關鍵字訊息
什麼是關鍵字訊息？
> *關鍵字訊息可以針對同意的字詞，設定觸發相關的關鍵字及對應的回覆，較常運用在回答常見客服問題。想要簡單、即時、快速的反應，就交給關鍵字回應！*
> 💡 此功能可同時適用於 LINE 及 Messenger兩平台。
**1. 新增關鍵字**
進入關鍵字頁面後，點選左上角的「新增」鍵：

關鍵字小撇步： 輸入越多相似意思的詞彙，可以增加使用者收到回應的機率喔！

分享給您看另外一個案例做參考，只要使用者輸入跟買、產品內容等相關的字彙，就可以收到產品資訊的訊息喔：
**2. 關鍵字設定**
輸入好關鍵字後，選擇想使用的對話模組：
**3. 條件設定**
關鍵字條件設定有兩個選項：
1. 完全一致：使用者輸入的內容必須跟您設定的關鍵字完全相同，才會觸發對話模組的訊息回覆。
2. 部份相同：使用者輸入的句子不需要跟您設定的關鍵字完全相同，只要句子內有包含該詞彙，就可以觸發對話模組的訊息回覆。

條件設定小撇步： 若您對關鍵字設定比較不熟悉，建議您選擇「部份相同」，使用者不需要輸入完全相同的句子，就可以收到您想發送的訊息，就不會漏過使用者喔！

設定完成後，按右上角的「完成」鍵，會自動回到關鍵字列表的頁面。
如果之後想再修改，只要把游標置於該關鍵字欄位的上方，就可以顯示編輯的按鍵：
