# 離線訊息

溫馨提醒顧客我們打烊了，但我們還是依舊想要即時服務客戶！

#### 離線訊息是什麼？ <a href="#d3c1" id="d3c1"></a>

> *當店家在方營業時間時，即使使用者觸發訊息，MantaGo也會即時發送回應。店家可以根據營業時間設定離線訊息，溫馨提醒顧客我們打烊了，但我們還是依舊想要即時服務客戶。*

> 💡 此功能可同時適用於 LINE 及 Messenger兩平台。

#### 1. 設定營業時間

點擊在營業時間下方的「編輯按鈕」，可以針對店家營業的時間設定<br>

在展開的畫面中，可以設定所在地點的時區，並且編輯營業時間

設定完時區後，點擊「新增回覆」的按鈕

#### 3. 設定回覆名稱
