# 問答集應用

### 問答集是什麼？ <a href="#id-47a4" id="id-47a4"></a>

> *問答集就像是常見問題，但在問答集的功能裡，可以針對同一個答案，設定多種不同的問法。同時也支援Excel匯入的方式新增問題，節省了使用者新增問題的時間！*

> 💡 此功能可同時適用於 LINE 及 Messenger兩平台。

#### 1. 新增問答集回覆 <a href="#id-30ba" id="id-30ba"></a>

接著進入問答集新增問題，新增問題有兩種方式

> 1. 新增問答
> 2. Excel匯入及匯出問答

#### 第一種方法：使用「新增問答」 <a href="#d0fe" id="d0fe"></a>

1. Question的輸入框：輸入使用者的問題
2. Answer的輸入框：輸入問題的答案
3. 按下右上方的「儲存」按鈕即完成一題的問答

新增問答小撇步： 問答集的問題不需要輸入很精準的字句，因為我們MantaGO系統會自動判別相似的字句，所以只要輸入大概的字句就可以囉！

#### 第二種方法：使用「匯入」及「匯出」 <a href="#id-6ea3" id="id-6ea3"></a>

1. 按下「匯出」可以取得Excel格式
2. 於Excel中輸入問題及答案
3. 將檔案儲存，回到MantaGO的頁面
4. 按下「匯入」將編輯完成的檔案匯入MantaGO

#### **3. 使用該問答集** <a href="#id-3d52" id="id-3d52"></a>

看到問題成功出現在頁面中，就代表成功匯入問答囉！

💡 小提醒： 在問答集列表中，可以透過「問答集設定」，設定在聊天機器人中使用者輸入的文字，會開啟/關閉問答集的功能喔！

💡 小提醒： 要在對話模組內使用問答集時，先點選「+ 按鈕」鍵，接著在回覆設定中點擊「其他應用」鍵，預設即為「問答集」，就可以使用囉！
