# 問卷表單

### 問卷表單是什麼？

> *問卷表單就如同我們熟知的Google表單，目前有開放簡答、單選、多選、日期四種問題形式，透過表單填答完成的資料將會整理呈現在Google sheet中，方便整理和視覺化處理。*
