Setting Up ChatGPT Functionality in the Application

First, click the ChatGPT function menu

There are four adjustable sections:

  1. Setting the Bot's Personality

  2. Incoming Message for ChatGPT Mode Activation

  3. Greeting Message when ChatGPT is Activated

  4. Farewell Message when ChatGPT is Deactivated

The most crucial setting is the bot's personality, which determines how the bot will respond.

Here are the six key points to consider:

  1. Professional role

  2. The general direction of response content

  3. Additional requirements or requests for content

  4. Tone and style of responses

  5. Do Not write any descriptions

  6. Just respond

Professional Role

Start by assigning a professional role to the bot, such as: "I want you to be a professional secretary."

General Direction of Response Content

Next, specify the content direction you want the bot to respond with, like: "Arrange the steps or schedule based on my questions."

Additional Requirements or Requests for Content

Provide more detailed and sophisticated customization for the response content, such as: "Suggest solutions using a chatbot to assist in responding."

Tone and Style of Responses

Add a specific style to make the bot's replies more engaging, for example: "Respond politely as if explaining to a child."

Do Not Write Any Descriptions and Just Respond

When you want the bot to focus strictly on the response content as you have outlined, without additional information, you can use these two settings for more precise control, such as: "Please present it in a bullet-point format."
