Why do my changes not appear on LINE after modification? Please check the MantaGO backend (mantago.cc) to ensure that your modifications have been published after making changes.
Why can't I click "Save"? There are required fields that have not been completed in the module. Please check that all sections marked with a red * symbol have been properly filled out.
Why can't I access the backend via the link? The first-time invitation link is a co-editing invitation link, which is only valid for 24 hours for security reasons. To log into the backend, please go directly to (mantago.cc).
How do I log into the backend? You can log in to (mantago.cc) using your Google or Facebook account.
Why can't I find my chatbot after logging in? Please check if you are logged in with the correct account. MantaGO allows login with both Google and Facebook accounts, so try switching accounts and checking it again.
How do I share my chatbot for co-editing with others? Only the owner of chatbot can invite others by clicking the "Invite" button in the upper right corner of the chatbot settings. Copy the invitation link and share it with the collaborators.
Why can't I delete a conversation module? If there is a lock icon in the upper right corner of the module, it means that the module is linked to other conversation modules, the main menu, or keywords. You must remove all links associated with the module first before deleting it.
Where is the welcome message displayed? The welcome message appears on Facebook before starting a chat with the chatbot. It includes a greeting text and a "Get Started" button for users to initiate the conversation.
Why is the message center not updating? This may be due to incorrect settings in the LINE backend, preventing MantaGO from receiving messages from LINE. Please check the following settings in (LINE Official Account Manager) : Settings > Response Settings > Ensure that chatbot mode is enabled and Webhook is turned on. (LINE Official Account) Homepage > Settings > Auto Response > Ensure chatbot mode is enabled and Webhook is turned on.

How do I bind LINE Notify? For individual notifications, refer to the tutorial video. If you want to notify multiple users simultaneously, follow these steps: 1. In the chat selection screen, choose a group chat, then click Agree and Link 2. Invite LINE Notify to the group as a member. Once added, the setup is complete!
Who are the target of tag-based broadcasts feature? Other than sending messages to all friends, any tag-based or condition-based messages can only be sent to users who have interacted with the MantaGO chatbot after binding their account. To maximize reach, we recommend sending an initial broadcast to all users after they first bind to the chatbot. This can be an interactive message, mini-game, or fun activity to encourage user interaction. Once the first interaction occurs, MantaGO can collect user data, making future tag-based targeting more effective.
