Sharing the Chatbot with Others
Click on "Share" at the top right corner after accessing your own chatbot
On the left side of the image, you can set whether the person you invite can edit the chatbot or not. You can choose between only viewing without editing, or both viewing and editing
When you click on the square icon on the right, it will copy the link to share with other users so they can join this chatbot
In each function, you can choose whether you want other users to have the right to edit or view it
3.1 This is when we set for other users to not be able to see the "Main Menu" function
3.2 This is when we set for other users to be able to see the "Main Menu" function but not able to edit it
3.3 This is when we set for other users to be able to see and edit the "Main Menu" function
You can set this for every each of the function to manage access to important information and reduce the chance of errors
