What are tags?
Businesses can use tags to segment their customers into different categories. For example, for a shabu restaurant, you can segment customers into categories such as those who like hot pot, milk hot pot, or vegetarians.
Why use tags?
Using tags to send messages that match different customer preferences can increase your product conversion rate and make your store more appealing! By segmenting users by tags, you can send messages that customers like to increase their purchase intent and preference for your business.
If you don’t segment your customers properly, sending messages that customers don’t like can damage your business’s image and may cause your business account to be suspended and your customers to lose.
For example, if a restaurant doesn’t select its target audience for sending messages, if it sends all customers hot pot product information, customers who don’t like hot pot may not consider visiting that restaurant, or may find the information boring and block your business account.
