# User List

How does the User List help?

It allows users to view a list of customers or users, including details about their latest interactions and tags associated with each user. It also allows the user to export all user data for further record keeping or analysis. Users can easily access this function via the left navigation bar.

1. Click on the second option from the bottom in the blue toolbar on the left, 'User List'.

2. You can see which users joined when and when they were last contacted.

3. You can see tags associated with each user. You can "export" all data for record keeping.
