What is broadcast?

How does Broadcast help?

This function is a tool for group messaging that allows users to create and send messages to multiple recipients on various platforms such as LINE, Facebook, and Instagram. Users can choose to send messages to all friends or specific people. After sending, detailed analytics about message sending and engagement of recipients will be displayed.

1. Below the conversation in the left toolbar, click on “broadcast”.

1. Press “Create New Bot”.

1. Set the following:

• 『broadcast Title』- This is used to allow editors to quickly identify message content that will not appear in group messages.

• 『Message pack』- Before sending a group message, you must first create a 『Conversation Module』 and then select the module to send.

• 『Channel』- Select the platform you want to send to.

• You can choose to send it to all friends on the platform or only to certain people.

• 『Send Time』- You can select “Send Now” or “Schedule broadcast”.

⭐️Click “Publish” after entering all the information.
