What is Keyword Message?

Keyword message can be set to automatically reply with a specified word, and is often used to answer customers' frequently asked questions. If you want an easy, fast, and immediate response, Keyword Reply is the answer!

This function can be used on both LINE and Messenger.

  1. Add a new keyword

After entering the Keyword Message page, click the "Create New Bot" button in the upper left corner:

Add Keyword Keyword Tip: Entering words with similar meanings increases the chances that users will receive a reply!

  1. Keyword Settings After entering the keyword, select the chat module you want to use:

  1. Condition Settings

The keyword condition settings have two options:

  1. Exact match: The content that the user types must match the keywords you set exactly in order to trigger a chat module reply.

  2. Partial match: The sentence that the user types does not have to match the keywords you set exactly in the sentence. Just having the specified word in the sentence can trigger a chat module reply.

Condition Setting Tip: If you are not familiar with keyword settings, it is recommended to select "Partial match" because users do not need to type the exact sentence to receive the message you want to send. Never miss a user reply!

After setting up, press the "Done" button in the upper right corner, the system will automatically return to the keyword list page. If you want to edit later, just hover your cursor over the keyword field, and you will see the edit button:

Congratulations! You have successfully set up your keyword text! Now you can automatically and instantly reply to user messages. Isn't it convenient? Hurry up and register for MantaGO!
