Facebook (FAQ)

Why has my Facebook integration become invalid? This may be because the FB account password has been changed. Please reauthorize the connection in the MantaGO backend settings.

After binding Messenger, why isn’t the chatbot responding? Please check whether the linked FB account has "Admin" permissions for the Facebook Page. If not, the chatbot cannot be properly configured.

Where is the main menu on Facebook? Facebook and LINE have different interfaces. FB does not have a visually rich menu like LINE. Instead, users can access the menu list in the lower right corner.

Can Facebook send mass messages? Facebook has a 24-hour policy restriction, making it difficult to push messages to all contacts. If frequent mass messaging is needed, we recommend using LINE for better engagement.
