# Facebook (FAQ)

**Why has my Facebook integration become invalid?**\
This may be because the FB account password has been changed. Please reauthorize the connection in the MantaGO backend settings.

**After binding Messenger, why isn’t the chatbot responding?**\
Please check whether the linked FB account has "Admin" permissions for the Facebook Page. If not, the chatbot cannot be properly configured.

**Where is the main menu on Facebook?**\
Facebook and LINE have different interfaces. FB does not have a visually rich menu like LINE. Instead, users can access the menu list in the lower right corner.

**Can Facebook send mass messages?**\
Facebook has a 24-hour policy restriction, making it difficult to push messages to all contacts. If frequent mass messaging is needed, we recommend using LINE for better engagement.
