What is Product Management?
Merchants can use the Product Management function to help customers quickly select the desired product category through a simple three-step question answering process.
Why Product Management?
When a new customer enters the chat, they may not be sure what types of products the merchant has or which products are right for them. In this uncertain situation, merchants can use the Product Management function to recommend. By using three simple questions to guide customers, they can help them find the right products. Being recommended will make customers feel more confident.
💡 This function can be used on both LINE and Messenger.

Product Management - Add New Products
The Product Management function, once set up, can be used as a button option to interact with customers. For example, in the screen below, every product field can be linked to questions:
For example, the newly added product field of "Size" can be linked to the question "What size do you want?"
Once the fields have been added, you can add products! Click the "Add Product" button in the upper right corner of the screen.
Fill in each field. The information entered in the fields you added will become options in the message after setting up in the next step:
💡 Note: If you want to set some fields to be used for interacting with customers The data entered in that field must not exceed 20 characters because the button displayed at the bottom of the message has a character limit.
Don't forget to use words that are repeated with keywords that have already been used, otherwise the system will not be able to identify them.

Flow Settings will change the product fields and their contents into questions and options in the form of multiple-choice questions, helping customers find the products they want more accurately.

Select the product field first. The items in the drop-down menu will be the product fields you added.
