What is a conversation?

Conversation collects messages from multiple platforms (such as LINE, Facebook, and Instagram) and allows users to filter, manage, and interact with all messages in one place. It also provides tools for tagging and tracking customer data to provide more efficient and personalised customer service.

  1. Click on the icon on the left-hand side of the MantaGO page and click on “conversation”

  1. What are the functions:

  • Choose to chat as an individual or a group chat

  • You can specify what status each customer is in

  • You can set your own tags

  1. You can choose to view chats from each platform

  1. In 『All Messages』, you can filter the messages you want to see.

  1. Enabling "assign" means that you assign Customer A to Manager A. Customer A can interact with Manager A. Manager B cannot see the messages between Customer A and Manager A.

  1. Enabling "live chat mode" allows you to interact with customers one-to-one.
