Open conversation with QR code

Using the "Opening Conversation with QR Code" function allows customers to easily start a conversation with your brand, enhancing engagement and providing a smoother user experience. You can also use this feature as a marketing purpose to create connection with customer as well.

1. Click into "Opening Conversation with QR Code" function in Applications section

  1. Click "Create New Bot"

  1. Fill in:

  • Activity Name

  • Activity Period

  • Choose Conversation module for Bot Private Message Reply

  1. Select Conversation Module that you want customer to see when enter conversation and click confirm

  1. Download QR code by clicking icon under QR Code column
