  1. I just made changes, but why is it still the same on LINE? Please go to the MantaGO backend at and check if the changes have been published

  1. How can I share the official account with customers? Method 1: Send the friend invite link (Go to the official LINE backend https://manager.line.biz → "Increase Friends" section, or go to the MantaGO backend at → "Settings". Right-click on the ID to copy the link.) Method 2: Show a QR code for customers to scan (Go to the official LINE backend https://manager.line.biz → "Increase Friends" section, or go to the MantaGO backend at → "Settings". Right-click on the QR code to copy the image.)

  1. Why can't I find my chatbot after logging into the backend? Please check if you are logged into the correct account. This platform allows login via Google, Facebook, and Apple accounts. Try logging in with a different account to see if your chatbot appears.

  1. Can the chatbot be linked to an existing official account? Yes! As long as the account used previously is an official account (indicated by a shield icon before the account name), it can be integrated with the chatbot service.

  1. How can I stop the chatbot from repeatedly sending canned messages? Please go to the MantaGO backend and remove the auto-replies for unknown messages.

  1. Why are there two welcome messages? #Two Welcome Messages The LINE backend also allows chatbot responses. The first message is LINE's default welcome message, and the second is MantaGO's first-time message. You can choose to remove messages from either platform based on your needs:

    Scenario 1: - Remove LINE's welcome message. Go to Settings > Response Settings > Welcome Message for New Friends, and select Disable.

    Scenario 2: - Remove MantaGO's greeting message. Go to Greeting Message, then click Remove and Publish.

How do I change the profile picture and account name? Please go to the backend and navigate to Settings > Account Settings.

Why is there no update in the message center? Scenario 1: - Incorrect settings in the LINE backend #Web: Please go to the → Settings > Response Settings, and check if it is set to Chatbot Mode and if Webhook is enabled. - #App (LINE Official Account app): Go to Home > Settings > Auto Response, and check if it is set to Chatbot Mode and if Webhook is enabled. Scenario 2: - The response is set as a sub-message Since sub-messages cannot re-enter the flow once exited, we recommend changing the response type to dialogue module instead.
